Daily diary that works offline
Write down eggs, dead birds, feed and water in a minute. No internet needed.
Records are saved on the phone first. Zero and "not recorded" are kept apart, so a missed day is never counted as a bad day. Every entry is shown back to you to confirm before it is saved.
Hen-day rate and cost per egg
See how many eggs your birds give and what feed costs for each saleable egg.
The app shows hen-day rate, feed cost per saleable egg and an indicative daily contribution. It says how complete your numbers are and which assumptions it used, and keeps cash separate from estimates.
Buyer ledger and payments
Know who owes you what. Record sales, returns, part payments and due dates.
Each buyer has a balance that reconciles with the sales and payments you entered. Deductions, credits and returns are tracked, and you see the net price you actually got.
Feed stock and reorder estimate
Track feed bought, used and left, and get a reorder estimate before you run out.
Feed purchases, lots, units and stock counts are kept as a ledger. Where a measurement is missing, the app lowers its confidence instead of showing false precision.
Plain-language change alerts
Get told when egg production or feed stock changes, with the reason shown.
Alerts come from records you confirmed. Each one shows the usual level, what was seen and a suggested check. The app never diagnoses disease or prescribes treatment; that stays with your adviser or vet.
Care calendar and incident notes
Set your own tasks and reminders, and note health problems with your adviser's findings.
Your adviser can set up task templates. The app records who completed, postponed or missed each task. It does not ship a fixed vaccination schedule as medical advice. Incident notes can be shared when you choose.
Backup, export and restore
Your records are backed up and can be moved to a new phone.
After you sign in, records sync in the background with clear states: saved on phone, waiting, confirmed by the server, or needs attention. You can export your own records with a data dictionary.
Owner and worker roles, English plus a regional language
Workers enter data; money screens stay with the owner. Big buttons, clear units.
Workers can record collections and feed without seeing buyer balances or amounts by default. The pilot offers English and one regional language, with large touch targets and visible units.
